ISIS FILMS is a Louisiana Limited Liability Company formed for the purpose of financing, producing, and distributing award-winning caliber independent feature films. In addition to producing quality entertainment, Isis Films, through its selected projects, seeks to promote social awareness and to be a full community partner within Louisiana and the film community at large. Preference will be given to indigenous Louisiana projects or pictures that can be adapted for filming in the State of Louisiana.

ADVISORY BOARD. At the core of Isis Films is an advisory board and management team that brings to the company entrepreneurial experience and in-depth expertise in motion picture production, finance, and global distribution. Among the company's advisors are Los Angeles Counsel Sheri Jeffrey, Senior Entertainment Partner with Kaye Scholer LLP; International Creative Management; Louisiana Production Capital, LLC; the New Orleans law offices of Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevant, Carrere & Denegre; Laurie Woodrow, President of Trans-Pacific Media and Warner Bros. Vice President of Worldwide Distribution, Elyse Eisenberg; Peter Graham of Imperial Capital Bank; Hibernia Bank in New Orleans, and others.

MANAGEMENT

President/CEO - Milena Rimassa-Merrill. Milena brings 15 years of experience as a senior distribution and production executive where she oversaw acquisition, marketing, business affairs, production and distribution of film libraries and high-profile independent feature films. She enjoys relationships with a vast network of territorial distributors, studios, entertainment lending institutions and others. She has served as Executive Producer for several pictures including the critically acclaimed Other Voices, which competed at the 2000 Sundance Film Festival; Mel currently airing on HBO; and Sterling Chase, distributed by First Look Pictures

Vice President, Business Development - Winifred Beuerman. Winnie has twenty years of experience in sales, political, and not-for profit fundraising on a state and national level. Most recently, she served as Director of Development for Tulane Law School. She has been involved at the leadership level, both professionally and as a volunteer, in numerous civic and philanthropic endeavors.

Business & Legal Affairs - Suzette Toledano Becker, Esq. Suzette is an established entertainment business and intellectual property attorney. She focuses on film and on music, an integral element to each of the Isis projects. Her nationwide practice includes representation of motion picture production companies, recording artists, composers, producers, labels, publishers and Internet based entertainment businesses. Suzette is currently developing Louisiana Song Catalog, a website devoted to facilitating licensing of Louisiana music in motion pictures.

Creative Executive - David Hughes. David recently worked on the Martin Scorsese Blues anthology for PBS in Charles Burnett's segment, Warming By The Devil's Fire. David also worked closely with Wim Wenders and Chris Thomas King. He worked with Robert Mugge and Morgan Freeman to produce Last of The Mississippi Jukes while concurrently serving as Music Director and on-screen interviewer. He has provided production services in various capacities on Great Balls Of Fire, The Legend Of Bagger Vance, and O Brother, Where Art Thou.

Advisors. Institutional advisors include International Creative Management, Imperial Capital Bank, Louisiana Production Capital, LLC, Hibernia Bank, the Law Offices of Jones Walker, and the Law Offices of Kaye Scholer, LLP in Los Angeles, W. Anderson Baker, III, of Gillis, Ellis & Baker, Inc. of New Orleans provides insurance services.

Legal Advisor: Sheri Jeffrey, Esq. Ms. Jeffrey represents clients in development, acquisitions, finance, and production of motion pictures, television series and new technologies projects with extensive experience in their licensing and distribution arrangements, including sales agencies arrangements, co-productions, split-rights, territorial out-put deals, studio out-put deals and first-look deals. She has represented producers, distributors, completion guarantors and entertainment lenders, both domestic and foreign in financing with collateral packaging, including multi-territory distribution agreements with foreign production subsidies, foreign governmental tax and other incentives and other credit enhancements such as negative cost insurance.

Financial Advisor: Peter Graham. Mr. Graham co-director of Imperial Capital Bank (f/k/a The Lewis Horwitz Organization). ICB works concertedly with Hibernia Bank in Louisiana. Graham provides financing to many of Hollywood's top independent producers.

Distribution Advisors: Elyse Eisenberg, Vice President Distribution, Warner Bros.; Joanna Plafsky, President, Radiance Films; and Laurie Woodrow, President of TransPacific Media. Ms. Eisenberg is a tenured Warner Bros. employee; Ms. Plafsky is an Executive Producer and Investor; Ms. Woodrow represents a slate of high profile international distribution clients as their eyes and ears in the United States and attends all major film markets and festivals on behalf of her clients scouting for feature films available on a territory-by-territory basis.
